Ms. Dorazio was most recently with a large Philadelphia firm working in their Pittsburgh office. In her practice, Ms. Dorazio has developed an in-depth understanding of tax, employee benefit, investment and estate issues. Her practice also specializes in commercial transactions, small business, estate administration and real estate. 

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Dorazio managed the corporate short-term investment portfolio and employee benefit plans for a Fortune 500 company and has completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certification for Investment and Pension Managers. Ms. Dorazio is a member and volunteer for various professional and community based organizations, notably, Junior Achievement, North Allegheny Chamber of Commerce, North Hills Art Center, Pittsburgh Technology Council and SMC Business Councils. 

She also participates in various business and tax sections of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations. Ms. Dorazio earned her Master in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. She received her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. Her legal experience spans the past ten years while her corporate finance and investment experience exceed ten years.
