Jack has been a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys since 1989, being nationally recognized in 2002 as a "Certified Elder Law Attorney" (CELA).
A native of Northern Arizona, Jack began practicing law in Nevada in 1987. Jack is licensed in Nevada and Arizona.

In addition to many years of private practice experience, Jack currently serves as Justice of the Peace Pro Temp for Clark County, Nevada, and has served several years as a full time Judicial Officer for District Court, Clark County, Nevada, serving as Court Special Master, Guardianship Commissioner, Domestic Discovery Commissioner, and Domestic Violence Commissioner. Other experience includes service as Deputy County Attorney for Yavapai County, Arizona, and as staff attorney for the Las Vegas Senior Citizens Law Project.
Jack served for two years on the Executive Board, Family Law Section, State Bar of Nevada.
Jack has served as Board Treasurer for Community Health Centers of Southern Nevada, Board Treasurer for Christmas in April of Southern Nevada, and the Board Chairman for the Widowed Person’s Service of Southern Nevada.
Jack is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, and the University of Utah College of Law.
