Anita Webster has practiced law for 19 years. She graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in law in 1983. While in law school she was a member of Law Review (an honor given to law students based upon grades or writing ability). She was admitted to practice law in California in 1983 and Nevada in 1984.

Ms. Webster has taught and co-authored three articles entitled "Tax Aspects of Divorce in Nevada", "Effective Family Law Practice in Nevada", “Equitable Distribution in Divorce Settlements in Nevada: Valuation, Tax and Other Issues”. Ms. Webster successfully argued Gallacher v. Hayes, before the Nevada Supreme Court; a case of first impression in Nevada regarding a custodial parent’s request to move out of the country.

Ms. Webster's practice includes Personal Injury law: Automobile Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death. Ms. Webster will meet with you personally to assess your case and the initial consultation for personal injury cases is always free. Accident cases are handled on a contingency fee which means that you are not responsible for attorneys fees unless and until Ms. Webster obtains monies for you.

Ms. Webster’s practice also includes Family Law: Annulments, Divorce and post divorce issues–contested and uncontested, Mediation, Name Changes, Child Custody, Child Support, Paternity, Temporary Protective Orders, Property Division, Motions to Move out of State, Contested Motions of any kind in Family Court, Grandparent’s rights visitation, Guardianships, Adoption, Surrogacy Agreements, Under Age Marriage Requests, Name Changes, Property Settlement Agreements, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.
