The monthly income limit is $3,142 for a family of four. A monthly premium is charged which ranges from $10 to $25 a month for one child or $15 to $35 a month for two or more children. There is no limit on the resources or property that may be owned. An individual may apply for this program by mail. No office visit or interview is required.
