Program Eligibility Requirements:
The Ross Patient Assistance Program (PAP) is designed to provide the Ross Metabolic Formula System products and Elecare Nutritionally Complete Amino Acid-Based Medical Food and Infant Formula With Iron to financially disadvantaged individuals. The program is administered by Abbott Laboratories, the parent company of Ross Products Division.
The provision of medical foods is a philanthropic activity sponsored by Abbott and Ross; therefore, the Ross Patient Assistance Program (PAP) is considered the payor of last resort. All Application Forms are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Financial eligibility is based on current federal poverty guidelines adjusted for household size. All Application Forms will be reviewed and assessed against medical eligibility guidelines established by the program.
