Traveling in Style
Where do you want
to go now?
If you are like most 50-uppers,
when the kids are on their own and can take care of themselves, when
the income is finally up there and expenses are down, and finally,
when you have some time to breathe, one of the first things that
crosses your mind is - - "Let's Go!"
But go where? You know all
the great places to take the kids, you see all the marketing
brochures and commercials for vacation spots, and every state says
theirs is the place for you to visit. Yes, Six-Flags is a
great theme park and fun with the grandkids, but there's only so
many loopties left in a 50 year old stomach and you don't want to
waste them all in one afternoon.
Other places exist for one reason
and that is to bleed your wallet and others might just charge you
for the air you breathe if they could only prove how much you
consumed.
Senior Magazine puts together great
and comprehensive reviews on places that are meant for adults who
don't mind spending a few bucks but don't want to get ripped off,
fall for big marketing jobs, and don't want to waste precious
vacation time finding out they made a huge mistake.
While the reviews aren't complete
for any area, you will at least be able to pop in here and find
something to do and a few secrets for finding the good stuff.
Let's GO!!!
